We understand that letting someone in to your home is a big decision so a manger or a care co-ordinator will come out to see you in your home before we start your care. We will put together a full and detailed person centred support plan. They will tell you who your support worker’s will be and set times for your calls that meet your needs.

What Is Waking Night Care?
A support worker will stay awake in your home from 22.00-07.00 to attend to your needs throughout the night, offering support with personal care, medication and fluids. You will have the reassurance that there’s someone there.
Peace of mind for our service users and their family’s is important to us. That’s why Bespoke Care Cheshire uses the latest care management systems. This enables service users and their family’s to log in and view their cares and ensure visits have been completed, and view future calls.
Thank you to all the team who looked after our Mum with such care and kindness, it was greatly appreciated by all our family.
What Our Clients Say
Thank you for all you have done for mum over the years, it is very much appreciated, and a special thank you to “her girls” (as mum called them) who she got on with so well.
On behalf of our Mum & Dad, we can’t thank you all enough for your kindness and care you have shown, to the whole family, when caring for them both.
