We believe in listening first and foremost to ensure your person centred care plan is written with clear and concise information, allowing your  support worker to deliver the highest level of care and support,  we treat every service users as though we are looking after our own family. We offer flexible care and support by understanding what is important to every individual with this in mind we  build  a bespoke care package to meet your needs.

Our manager team will come out to visit you to  reviews of your care plan we ensure its up to date and meet all your need.

Using NCF technology with the care management software our support workers are able to scan in and out of their visits, this provides  our service users and their families peace of mind.

Our  Senior team are on the end of a phone  the full 365  days to offer support or advice when needed out of office hours.

Our Story

Sue and Sheila’s passion is to help people to continue to live in their own  home’s, maintain their independence and remain a part of their community for as long as possible. With this as our focus we decided to build Bespoke Care Cheshire.

Bespoke Care Cheshire was established in September 2012 by Sheila and Sue then in early 2013 Emma-Jane, Ashleigh and Carolyn joined us and we have grown into a successful business delivering a high quality service to people within Ellesmere Port, Willaston and Neston area.

Team Training and Development

Since joining us Ashleigh, Emma- Jane and Carolyn have progressed with the company becoming senior support workers to now taking on the new challenge of care co-ordinators, which entails supporting Sheila and Sue in the day to day running of the business and working with the senior’s to support our service users and staff.

Bespoke Care Cheshire believes that training is the key. Sheila and Sue both hold a range of qualifications alongside their level 5 QCF Diplomas.

All new members of the team undergo a full and detailed induction program and complete the care certificate, they are encouraged and supported to the go on and gain QCF diploma in Adult Social Care. All staff receives training in all aspects of care and receives regular updates.

We believe to get the best from your team you need to have a good management team to support them. Support workers need to enjoy their job, here at Bespoke Care Cheshire all our staff believe it’s not just a “job” to them it’s more,  and they all ways go above and beyond to ensure they build a good relationship with their service users.
