Sheila Goodwin
Service Manager
Caring for people is my passion and I have been involved in care for over 20 years. I began my care journey back in early 1997 working for the council as a support worker when they offered home care. Over the years as my role changed I went to work at the local respite centre working my way up to service supervisor, working mainly in the rehab unit as a rehab coordinator, only leaving the job that I loved to set up Bespoke Care Cheshire with Susan in 2012.
I have gained a lot of experience of the past 20 years and hold a level 5 QCF diploma alongside training qualification, I regularly updating my CPD , passing my experience and knowledge onto the staff.
My passion was to build a company that delivered servicers to people which enables them to live at home as long as possible.
Along with my team I make sure we deliver person cantered care that makes a difference. I still work in the community and enjoy seeing our service users , this ensures I am more than a voice on the phone and service users are reassured I understand their needs. Working alongside the staff “hands on” ensures that I can monitor their work and applying good quality control.
Moving forward I will ensure that Bespoke Care Cheshire is a company fit for purpose that carries on delivery care at the highest level.

I was 17 when I took my first job in care with the council in our local respite centre. I worked my way up the ladder to Service supervisor, working as a rehab co-ordinator I learnt to understand what the service users required when they left our care, it was then that with Sheila we set up Bespoke Care Cheshire to deliver the service we felt was missing at the time within our local community.
Over the past 17 years I have gained a lot of experience and knowledge and currently hold a Level 5 QCF diploma alongside other care qualifications.
I believe in only delivering the highest level of care possible as this is the key to providing a great service to all our service users. I work along side of my team in the community to ensure the service users know me and feel they can talk freely to me about any worries they may have.
